The content of this website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. However, the provider accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content provided. The use of the website contents is at the user’s own risk. Pursuant to article 7, para. 1, of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for our own contents on this website according to the general legislation. According to articles 8 to 10 of the TMG, however, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activity. If we become aware of such legal infringements, we will promptly remove the relevant content. The mere use of the provider’s website does not constitute a contractual relationship between the user and the provider.
Liability claims against the provider related to damage of a material or non-material nature resulting from the use of or failure to use the information presented or from the use of incorrect and incomplete information are categorically excluded unless wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the provider can be proven. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites („hyperlinks“) that lie outside the area of responsibility of the author, any obligation with respect to liability would only then take effect if the author is aware of the contents and if it is technically feasible and reasonable for him to prevent such use in the case of illegal contents. The author has no influence at all on the current and future design, contents or authorship of the linked/connected sites. For this reason, he takes no responsibility for the contents of all linked/connected sites that have been changed since the links were set up. The copyright for published objects compiled by the author himself shall alone be retained by the author of the sites. It shall not be permitted to copy or use such graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without the express permission of the author.
